Shipping policy

All ordered item(s) will be shipped via Canada Post/UPS/USPS  within 4 business days.

We are not responsible for any returned package(s) due to incorrect address, absence at the time of delivery, and other reasons that are caused by customers.

All import and export costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information.

Please note that we will not refund you in case your parcel is lost in transit using an untracked service.We strongly advise all clients to use tracked delivery.
